Kiawah Island Resort if offering one- and two-bedroom villas at a special conference rate of $122 for a one-bedroom villa, $139 for a two-bedroom villa, and $163 for a three-bedroom villa (rates include all taxes and fees) for January 24-26, 2013. Sofa beds are available for an additional $10. All rates are subject to 8.0% daily resort fee and a 12.5% accommodation fee.
