The South Carolina Council of Teachers of English is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the improvement of English and language arts instruction in South Carolina. Members include teachers at all levels—kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, high school, college—as well as administrators, students, and retired educators. The South Carolina Council of Teachers of English is an NCTE affiliate.
