Have you joined the SCCTE yet?

If you believe that one teacher can make a real difference, then imagine what you can do in collaboration with your colleagues throughout the state! SCCTE membership provides you with powerful teaching tools, practical information that you can use, and inspiration from other teachers who are committed to the teaching of English and the language arts.

Regular membership dues are $20 per person. First-year teachers may join SCCTE free of charge—just provide a letter from your principal indicating that this is your first year teaching.

All SCCTE members receive a copy of South Carolina English Teacher, a peer-reviewed, professional journal published each January. In addition, members receive reduced rates at the annual conference.
