CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

PRE-REGISTRATION (occurs through January 11)

 

Registration is a two step process. 

Step 1: Complete the online form OR download the Word or pdf form below and mail to the address on the form.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2: Pay your registration fee using the options below. Your selection will be found in your shopping cart at the bottom of the page. Please note that all fees include your membership dues for the year. After January 11, registration costs increase, so be sure to register early!

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you are paying by credit card for more than one person, please include the names of ALL registrants in the "Note to Seller" toward the end of the checkout process in PayPal.  This will allow us to make sure that the funds are credited to the correct registrations.
